Mckabe tile work was amazing. Straight/level set, the grout lines are consistent and can tell he took the time for a beautiful outcome. Jenna was helpful from the beginning. From picking products to the install, she was always available. Kohn's knowledge of the out of date or old style ways to do things was helpful since my home was 1940s built. He knew all the old tricks and how to fix them. Will be coming back for future projects

Blake stayed on top of everything and returned calls right away. the two young men that delivered the flooring were polite and wiling to help. Dan put the flooring in beautifully! We’re just finishing up with our kitchen remodel and flooring throughout our main living area. From the very beginning our designer, Cynthia Johnson, was extremely helpful, professional, and a delight to work with. She always made herself available when we had any questions, and was a huge help when it came time to make all the design choices. We loved that we could come into their design center and have tons of choices for all our needs. We are so pleased with how the kitchen has come together. It’s absolutely beautiful! Brothers Flooring did an amazing job installing some new floors in my home!! Everyone from the estimator, the designer and the installer were great!!! McCabe was the installer- he is an amazing person you truly enjoy working with and having in your home- plus did a great job and always going the extra mile with the install process!!! Also a plus that Brothers flooring does remodels so they are able to do all the disconnects with your refrig and dishwasher and remove them!!! Definitely recommend Brothers Flooring and will use them moving forward!!!

We just finished a fairly big project with Brothers Flooring. Starting with Alicia, who helped with design ideas in the beginning as well as throughout the entire project. If I had any questions or wanted to make changes. Alicia was Always available. McCabe did the LVP flooring, all of the baseboards and some decorative finishes that we needed. His finish work is beautifully done! He is absolutely an Artist, the way he does his job. Abell did the carpet work , again another artist.. The stairs, the corners, the finish transition work, was all beautifully done! He’s also amazingly fast. Alicia made two or three trips out to the house to make sure that everything was timely, well done and if I had any questions complaints or changes. Never a complaint, but we did come up with a few ideas to add to the project. They are very kind, very very knowledgeable and most fun to work with! As you can guess I highly recommend them!

We had flooring installed in our entire house back in December. It only took them 5 days to complete! We have since needed them to come out and help us with random repairs and they have been great! Highly recommend this company. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We will be having them do counter tops and backsplash in the near future!

He expertly helped us weigh the pros and cons of each flooring option. Andy also adds a personalized approach with his free in home consults to help determine how the flooring would actually work within our space. He arrived on time each day, gave us an accurate timeline to work with, cleaned up after himself at the end of each work day, and at the end of the week he left us with a gorgeous laminate flooring design. My husband and I had been putting off replacing our upstairs carpet for years because of all the furniture that would need moved. I called Brothers Flooring in Post Falls to see how others had dealt with this issue. It was no problem for them to make it happen. We met with Cynthia at the store to look at carpet choices and she made it easy. They came out, laser measured all the rooms, hallway and stairs. They coordinated the movers for a Monday, carpet installer was here Tuesday morning and he was meticulous. Had it all done in 1 day and movers were back on Wednesday. We are extremely happy with the whole process and highly recommend Brothers Flooring. They made the entire project so simple.
