Owner & Founder

Hello, my name is Andy and I am a co-owner of Brothers Flooring. I began my journey in the flooring industry as an installer in 2002. Through my experiences with several stores & companies, I saw the importance and true value in listening to people, finding out what they want in a floor and what they expect from a flooring company. In 2015, my brother Tyler and I opened our first showroom, while focused on creating a family-like atmosphere where customers could come and be & feel comfortable while having a great experience. Family for me has always come first. I married Lisa in 2004, whom I share a son with, Ronan. They are the light of my life and the driving force for everything I do.

Owner & Scheduling Specialist

I am Lisa Yank; I am the co-owner here at Brother’s Flooring with my husband Andy. I was born and raised in Spokane, WA. I have been married to my husband for 18 years. Together we have a son named Ronan. I enjoy traveling and hanging out with my family. My dream is to live in Disneyland! 

Chief Operating Officer

My name is Kohn. I have 20+ years in the flooring and remodel industry. I have 4 children, 1 grandbaby and a beautiful wife. I love spending time at my lake cabin and watching sports. I used to coach football for Freeman High School where my kids also attended. I love being a part of the Brothers’ family and am excited to see our growth in the next few years. 

Production Manager

I'm Jake. Born and raised right here in Spokane! I am the Production Manger for both of our locations! I have been with Brother's Flooring & Design since August 2019. I love Seattle sports (go Mariners!), music/concerts, professional wrestling, spending time with my kids (they are my why) and my beautiful wife, Lisa. My wife and I love traveling the world and we are always seeking the next adventure!

Store Manager - Post Falls ID

I’m a proud mom of five and love sharing this crazy, busy life with my spouse, Eddie. We’re a moto family through and through, so when we’re not working, you’ll often find us at the track, working on bikes, enjoying the outdoors, or escaping to our cabin in Montana. Being a moto mom definitely keeps life interesting! I’ve been with Brothers Flooring & Design for several years and truly love what I do. Construction and design have always been a passion of mine, and I love helping clients take an idea and turn it into a space they’re excited to call home. Between five kids, motorcycles, work, and family adventures, life is usually a little loud, a little muddy, and always busy—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Store Manager – Spokane, WA 

My name is Jenna and I have been with Brother’s since August of 2021. Some of my passions include photography, sports, and going to my lake cabin. Working in remodels has pushed me out of my comfort zone. I am excited to navigate the design aspect through the construction world.

Sales Specialist & Estimator

My name is Keegan Cottrell; I love working here at Brother’s. I also enjoy watching the Mariners win for the first time in my life. I enjoy giant cheeseburgers after a big win at the casino. I am ladies’ man and looking for applicants ;)

Hey I’m Blake, I lived in Spokane my whole life. I love the Bruins, my wife, hockey and my dog fish. Hockey is life.

Remodel Specialist & Interior Designer  

Hello, my name is Alicia, I am a graduate of SFCC, achieving my Interior Design Degree. I work in the remodel department here, and I love it. I plan to continue my knowledge through not only the design realm but now the production side of interior flooring and remodeling. I'm looking forward to growing with the Brothers' Flooring and design team. I am married to the love of my life and love to spend time with him in my spare time. Other hobbies include reading and art. Come see us for any flooring, remodeling, or design needs! 

Sales Specialist

My name is Willow, and I was born and raised here in Washington. I love traveling and seeing all the natural beauty our great nation has to offer, but the Pacific Northwest owns my heart. In my free time I love to paddleboard, rockhound, go rough camping every chance I get, play video games, and create art. The things I value most in the world are freedom, nature, family, and just enjoying life. I live by the quote popularized by the character Ferris Bueller in Ferris Bueller's Day Off: "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."

My name is Emily and I am the new kid on the block. So far, I am loving the experience in flooring/home design and cannot wait to see what comes in the future. In my spare time I love spending time with my 3 daughters. I am Montana girl at heart, and you will always find me doing something out in our beautiful state of Idaho. 

Financial Manager

My name is Kelly Brown, and I was born and raised in Spokane, WA. I love spending time with my family, going to the lake, and my dog Emmie. I have worked at Brother’s Flooring as the bookkeeper since the doors have opened and am considered the shop mom.

Procurement Specialist

Hello, my name is Ronan, and I am the assistant to the warehouse manager. I recently graduated from high school, and this is my first full-time job. I truly enjoy working here because the people feel like an extended family. Outside of work, I like to spend time with friends and watch football. Brothers Flooring is a great place to build my career, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to grow my future.
